Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and eyewear is protected in its original case.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
